  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
  • Remote locations may take 5–10 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on most orders (you can adjust this if needed)
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email
  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided link

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders
  • Our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch
  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not received

⚠️ Delays & Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • Missing items in your order

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)

⚠️ Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

🚫 Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply
    • Refunds may be processed after deducting shipping costs

  • We currently ship across India only
  • International shipping is not available at this time
