📦 Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories/manuals
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged products (unless defective on arrival)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery with unboxing video

If your item is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect item received

Clear photos/videos of the issue
Order ID

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged ( unboxing video mandatory).
If you need an exchange, contact us with proof, and we’ll guide you through the process.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified of the approval/rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we cover return shipping
For other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund
